Trauma-informed counseling and substance recovery resources, delivered with respect, not judgment.

Employment & Life Skills

Job readiness, placement support, and the everyday skills — budgeting, cooking, tenancy — incarceration interrupts.

Family Reunification

Support repairing and rebuilding relationships with children, parents, and partners.

Alumni Community

A standing community of people further down the path — many of whom become the next class's mentors.

Welcome Home

A bed, a meal, and no judgment on day one. Immediate housing so the first night out isn't spent figuring out where to sleep.

Stabilize

ID and paperwork sorted, healthcare connected, a case manager assigned, and recovery or mental health support started.

Rebuild

Job training and placement, financial literacy, family reunification, and the everyday life skills incarceration interrupts.

Root & Grow

A move to independent housing, ongoing alumni community, and — for many — a return as a mentor to someone just coming home.
